As a French family exploring the Alps, Le Ferraillon provided a cozy retreat for us. Our youngest, a 2-year-old, loved the Play Area, while our 4-year-old was thrilled to find a range of activities like cycling and hiking nearby. The family-friendly atmosphere extended to the inviting swimming pool, which offered a refreshing break after our excursions. The staff's warm welcome made us feel at home, and their helpfulness ensured a smooth stay.One highlight was the delicious regional cuisine served during breakfast and dinner, a true delight for our taste buds. While the hotel's rustic charm captured our hearts, the evening's local spin on raclette and fondue left us divided, typical when mixing cultures.Le Ferraillon's family-friendly amenities and activities catered well to our needs, despite the intermittent weather. A car is a must for exploring the surrounding villages, especially in uncertain weather conditions. A memorable stay for our family, leaving us with cherished moments in the heart of the Alps.
